We are a mother and daughter team with many years of experience to draw from.

My Mother, Nancy, has more than 30 years experience baking and decorating cakes. She began baking and decorating when I was a toddler simply because she became disgusted with the quality of cakes in the local bakeries. Her cakes are ALWAYS baked fresh, not baked ahead and frozen, and her buttercream icing is made from scratch not delivered in a five gallon bucket.

While I, Leah, only joined the team 9 years ago I have spent a lifetime learning at grandmas' hip. You will find no bags, boxes, cans or mixes in my kitchen. Everything is made from scratch and generally starts with butter or pork fat. Taste is first and foremost in my kitchen. I can accommodate special dietary needs when needed.
