First of all....Congratulations!

Now that you're committed to getting married there are alot of decisions to be made. We hope to make at least one of those decisions a little easier.

Don't trust your event to just anyone.  We are a mother daughter team with many years of experience. 

My Mother, Nancy,  has more than 30 years of experience in cake baking and decorating.  She began baking and decorating when I was a toddler because she became disgusted with the quality of cakes in the local bakeries.  Her cakes are always baked fresh, not baked ahead and frozen, and her buttercream icing is made from scratch not delivered in a five gallon bucket.

While I, Leah, only joined the team about 8 years ago, I have a lifetime of learning at grandma's hip.  You will find no bags, boxes, cans or mixes in my kitchen.  Everything is homemade and generally starts with butter or pork fat.  Taste is first and foremost in my kitchen.  I can accomodate those with special dietary needs when necessary.
